'Previous Life'

Iain Slack was brought up on the Clyde coast & has lived in the United States since 1994. 'Previous Life' is an exhibition of large scale charcoal & pencil works which were made prior to his departure. Exacting depictions of truth and fiction, the might of his talent is clear. This work is as relevant today as the political climate that inspired it.

Brought up on the Clydeside,
and graduated from Glasgow School of Art, Iain Slack took an M.F.A in sculpture in San Francisco. Since moving to the States in 1994, he has continued to work with drawing, painting and sculpture, as well as the film and t.v industries.
